Eileen Michaels; MBA, MPH

Eileen Michaels, owner of Harris Brand Recruiting, brings a diverse background in health care management, program design, marketing, strategic planning and recruiting. She served as Director of Practice Development and as Chief Marketing Officer for a 200 physician, private multi-specialty medical group and as Operations Manager for Kaiser Permanente's Northeast Permanente Group's multi-specialty medical offices. She currently serves as President of the Board of The Capital Region Medical Research Foundation.

Eileen has helped to develop, expand and modernize inpatient and ambulatory medical practices at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, and has consulted to hospitals and medical providers across the United States. Eileen earned a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, an MBA and a Masters in Public Health at Columbia University. She has sat on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations and has been a speaker and moderator at a host of health care seminars.
